BOOKING POLICY & HOUSE RULES
Ciao from Villa Sessana! We hope to welcome you soon, at our tranquil retreat in the heart Puglia. Here, you will find our Booking Policy and House Rules in one place. Please take a moment to read through these important details regarding payment, cancellation terms, and house policies to ensure a smooth stay.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations: The prepayment is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before arrival will be charged in full. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €500 is required. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required. Please note that in case of key loss, additional costs may apply.
Check-in:
From 15:00 PM – Self-check-in available for late arrivals after 18:00 PM.
Check-out:
By 10:00 AM

House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests; babies and toddlers not counted if sleeping in a cot or parent’s bed. One cot available upon request.
Parking: Free on-site for max. 3 medium size cars.
Pool safety: The pool is used at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
No parties or events. Villa Sessana is a place of peace and tranquility.
Shootings & content creation: Professional and commercial photo/video shootings only upon prior agreement and subject to separate conditions.
Pets: To maintain the highest level of comfort and cleanliness, we don’t allow pets.
End cleaning: Provided as part of the rental; we take care of it so you can relax.
Optional mid-stay cleaning as well as towels and linen exchange available upon request for an additional fee.
A little note: Occasionally, a very friendly local dog might stop by for a visit. If you ignore her or tell her to leave, she’ll move on.
